What is this site about? ..... and who are we?

After years of researching issues of neurodiverse employees in the workplace, and finally completing my PhD in Business Administration - Management, it was time to share. People who generously participated in my dissertation study asked that I make this information publicly available. Therefore, this is the website where I will do that so that people can get the information for free.

Foundations of management theory are determined, tested and shared through academic peer-reviewed journals. You have heard of some of these because they are frequently quoted in the news.  On this page I will break down the key points of academic findings including the link to the article where you can read more.

This blog will include commentary on ADHD, work issues, and news but will be through the eyes of people whose ADHD gives them an interesting take on regular life things such as kids, dogs, sports, weather, clutter, bills, diets, rain, chores, and whatever else pops into our heads!
