- Trust the manager by disclosing condition. Be honest. Maintain and ongoing dialog
- Discuss specific needs with manager. Work together for solutions that provide benefits to all stakeholders
- Learn to recognize the challenges before they become disruptive. Address challenges quickly
- Stay calm when things go wrong. Find appropriate relaxation processes which can be used in a work environment
- Help coworkers understand the behaviors are not intentional
- Clear the air after a problem. Ask coworker to voice concerns
