What research needs are urgent?

Here are some ideas

  • Add a demographic question to your study: "Do you have a Neurodiverse condition such as ADHD, ASD, ADD or other?"
  • Test previous findings in specific demographic groups (industry, job function, age, geography, educational attainment) using ONLY Neurodiverse samples
  • Value the voice of Neurodiverse individuals in your research - find them, focus on them.
  • Perform paired research with manager and employee to gather multiple perspectives on the factors for success
  • Develop a greater understanding of unique talents of ND adults and application of talents to organizational objectives
  • Test findings regarding neurodiverse adult behavior with children to examine if current advice for teachers and parents for managing children in the classroom and at home is the most effective and accurate approach.
